课程介绍

通过城市设计练习认识城市建筑的本质，以及建筑与城市的关系。在城市化进程不断加剧的社会发展阶段，建筑的性质也发生了变化，建筑不再是以自我为中心的独立个体，而更加关注它周边的整体环境。因此，认知建筑新的角色，理解建筑在城市环境中的位置是当今建筑师必备的知识。城市设计的内容多种多样，此练习主要关注城市更新和城市再生问题，同时关注城市中自然元素的修复与利用。

Intruduction

This urban design studio would help students make deep understandings about the essence of urban architecture. In a social stage with rapid urbanization,the role of architecture has been transformed,shifting from individual objects to a part of an integrated urban environment. So,the knowledge about the new role of architecture and it’s position in urban environment becomes critical and necessary. The domain of urban design is diversified. However,this studio focuses on urban renewal and re-intervention with further emphasis on the restoration and utilization of nature elements in urban area.

训练目的

1.熟练掌握城市设计的方法，熟悉从宏观整体层面处理不同尺度空间的能力，并有效的进行图纸表达。

2.通过调查，理解城市更新的概念和价值；通过分析理解城市交通、城市设施在城市体系中的作用；通过研究理解城市形态与城市功能之间的内在关系，认识城市肌理与城市规划指标体系之间的内在关系；通过设计掌握城市建筑的基本规律，实践处理群体建筑问题的要义；通过体验认知城市公共开放空间与城市日常生活场所的关联，运用景观环境的策略创造城市空间的特征。

3.多人小组合伙，培养团队合作意识和分工协作的工作方式。

The training aim of the studio

1.Training students to mastery urban design methods,to design in diversified urban scale with an overall urban vision of the project,to present the design in a professional way.

2.Help students understand the idea and the value of urban renewal through field survey,understand the role of urban traffic and infrastructure in urban system through analysis,understand the internal relationship between urban fabric and plot indicators through study on the link between urban form and function.Training students to familiar with the basic rules of urban architecture through design practice,to exercise on the ability of designing group buildings. Help students construct a knowledge link between urban open space and urban life,further develop landscape strategies to create special urban places based on their daily life experiences.

3.Team works,training the ability of cooperation and negotiation.
