一、修改稿投稿信的内容
修改稿投稿信,即“Resubmission Cover Letter”,主要内容有:①写明稿件编号、文题以及所有作者的姓名;②对编辑和审稿人表示感谢;③对修改稿的说明,要明确指出文稿已按编辑部和审稿人的修改建议做了完全的或基本的修改,如还有未做修改的部分,要根据具体情况说明哪些部分未做修改,并应详细说明理由。修改稿投稿信是比较难写的,这将关系到是否录用你的稿件,或要进一步审稿,因此作者应该把审稿人提出的所有疑问,逐条逐个解释清楚,做好了这一点,文章被接收的概率就大大提高了。
