It's a steal.
很便宜。
It's a steal．是英美常用的口语，指“极便宜的东西”。由于cheap有低劣蹩脚之意，于是近年流行用It's a steal取代It's cheap。
类似的表达还有It's a real bargain.（真便宜。）bargain用作名词时，意为“廉价货，便宜货”，a real bargain意为“真便宜”，类似的说法还有a good buy，a real buy等。
相反，如果要表达一个东西很贵，除了常见的expensive、costly和dear，我们还可以说steep和rip off。例如：
1．Six million dollars for that house is a bit steep．索价六百万美元是太贵了点。
2．It's a rip off．贵得太离谱了。
figure out
想通
figure out指想通一个问题。老美表达想通或是解决一个问题很喜欢用figure out这个词。例如你要问人家一个问题，你就可以说How do you figure this out?你是怎么想出来的呀？
与此类似，work it out也很常用，它也可表示“解决问题”的意思。例如你跟你的同学一起做功课，你就可以说：OK, Let's work it out together．好吧，我们一起来解决这个问题。
