【摘要】：不可抗力影响分包商_FIDIC设计采购施工/交钥匙工程合同条件如果任何分包商根据有关工程的任何合同或协议，有权因较本条规定更多或更广泛范围的不可抗力免除其某些义务，此类更多或更广的不可抗力事件或情况，不应成为承包商不履约的借口，或有权根据本条规定免除其义务。If any Subcontractor is entitled under any contract or agreement relating to the Works to relief from force majeure on terms additional to or broader than those specified in this Clause, such additional or broader force majeure events or circumstances shall not excuse the Contractor’s non-performance or entitle him to reliefunder this Clause.
