如果一方因不可抗力使其履行合同规定的任何义务已或将受到阻碍，应向他方发出关于构成不可抗力的事件或情况的通知，并应明确说明履行已或将受到阻碍的各项义务。此项通知应在该方察觉或应已察觉到构成不可抗力的有关事件或情况后14天内发出。
发出通知后，该方应在该不可抗力阻碍其履行义务期内免于履行该义务。
不管本条的其他任何规定，不可抗力的规定不应施用于任一方根据合同的另一方支付的义务。
If a Party is or will be prevented from performing any of its obligations under the Contract by Force Majeure, then it shall give notice to the other Party of the event or circumstances constituting the Force Majeure and shall specify the obligations the performance of which is or will be prevented. The notice shall be given within 14 days after the Party became aware, or should have become aware, of the relevant event or circumstance constituting Force Majeure,
The Party shall, having given notice, be excused performance of such obligations for so long as such Force Majeure prevents it from performing them.
Notwithstanding any other provision of this Clause, Force Majeure shall not apply to obligations of either Party to make payments to the other Party under the Contract.
