课程介绍

本课程为针对建筑学专业本科生开设的专业必修课程，其意义在于拓展学生的发展方向，定位于建筑学学生基本知识结构层面的延展。

1.每个建筑作品都包含了策划设计、施工管理、运营维护等项目管理全寿命周期，引导学生将已学习的专业课程的知识体系与本课程之间延展搭接，以拓展学生的知识结构层面。

2.结合目前社会经济发展状况和今后建筑学专业学生职业发展趋向多元化的实际情况，提高学生的社会适应性能力。

3.考虑本科在校学生缺乏实际工程经验的情况，在课程知识点的设定过程中强化建筑设计和建设工程项目管理间具有必然联系的特征，适当穿插部分现场课程，尽可能体现建设工程项目管理的实践性特征。

Course Description

This course combines the experience of new theories and new approaches of domestic and international construction project management practices in China’s construction project management,introduces a lot of practical cases and examples satisfying construction project management,and project safety management,project risk management necessary for modern management as well as architect examination,civilized construction,environmental protection,etc.

This course includes:introduction to project management,flow construction principles,network planning techniques,construction organization design,project progress control,project cost control,project quality control,project safety management,project contract and information management,project risk management,project production factor management,project completion and acceptance,etc.; with reasonable structure and comprehensive knowledge,it highlights the key points step by step.
