全髋关节置换术后的业余活动

【摘要】:全髋关节术后能够重新获得进行娱乐的能力对于患者来说是非常重要的。接受全髋关节置换术的患者在术后应当避免参加高冲击性的活动,例如跑步、滑水、足球、篮球、空手道、壁球等。有研究表明,高冲击性运动和重体力劳动会造成人工关节使用寿命缩短,翻修手术的风险增加。右髋关节置换术后,患者的驾驶能力会受到比较大的影响。性生活时的姿势应当符合全髋术后的注意事项,以避免发生脱位。

全髋关节术后能够重新获得进行娱乐的能力对于患者来说是非常重要的。接受全髋关节置换术的患者在术后应当避免参加高冲击性的活动,例如跑步、滑水、足球篮球空手道、壁球等。有研究表明,高冲击性运动和重体力劳动会造成人工关节使用寿命缩短,翻修手术的风险增加。医师可以向患者推荐游泳、潜水、自行车和高尔夫球等运动。如果患者能够遵守髋关节活动的注意事项,那么跳交谊舞也是可以的。

右髋关节置换术后,患者的驾驶能力会受到比较大的影响。有些患者在术后2个月髋关节功能仍不能恢复到可以驾车的水平,而其他方面的功能康复则正常。对大多数患者来说,在手术后8周左右,当他们觉得坐位姿势比较舒服的时候就可以重新开始驾车了。

约75%的患者在术前有性生活困难,而在术后这一比例为40%左右。在没有出现并发症的情况下,患者可以在术后1~2个月时恢复性生活。性生活时的姿势应当符合全髋术后的注意事项,以避免发生脱位。
