【摘要】:加强建筑设计专业和建筑技术专业在设计过程中的互动,成为世界各大建筑与城市规划学院本科教学的一个重点。本课程将采用双语教学,主要面向建筑设计专业学生讲授建筑物理、建筑技术专业关于建筑节能方面的基本理念、设计方法和模拟软件,并指导学生将这些知识互动运用到节能建筑设计的过程中;在建筑设计专业和建筑技术专业之间建立一个互动的平台,从而达到设计“绿色建筑”的目标。

课程简介

随着我国建筑总量的不断攀升和居住舒适度的提高,建筑能耗急剧上升。建筑节能已经为影响能源安全和提高能源利用效率的重要因素之一。建筑节能的关键首先是要设计“本身节能的建筑”,这样就能够从根本上减少建筑对高耗能建筑设备的依赖,从而减少建筑能耗。建筑师必须从建筑设计的最初阶段就进行规划,在建筑的形体、结构、开窗方式,外墙选材等方面融入节能设计的定量分析。而这些很难通过传统建筑设计方法达到,必须依靠建筑技术、建筑设备等多学科互动协作才能完成。但是目前很多建筑节能技术由设备工程师开发,由于专业背景不同,建筑师在设计过程中对这些技术了解不够,使用有一定难度。加强建筑设计专业和建筑技术专业在设计过程中的互动,成为世界各大建筑与城市规划学院本科教学的一个重点。

本课程将采用双语教学,主要面向建筑设计专业学生讲授建筑物理、建筑技术专业关于建筑节能方面的基本理念、设计方法和模拟软件,并指导学生将这些知识互动运用到节能建筑设计的过程中;在建筑设计专业和建筑技术专业之间建立一个互动的平台,从而达到设计“绿色建筑”的目标。教学过程中还将邀请外国著名专家为同学们介绍专业知识和互动设计的方法,培养学生参与国际合作互动设计的积极性,为以后开展交叉学科研究,培养复合型人才奠定基础。

Course Description

With the rising of China's total number of buildings and the need for living comfort,building energy consumption is rising sharply. Building energy efficiency has become one of the key factors influencing the energy security and energy efficiency. The first key for building energy efficiency is to design “a building that conserves energy itself”,in this way,the reliance of building with high energy consuming equipment is essentially reduced,thus reducing the building’s energy consumption. Architects must carry out planning at the very beginning of building design,and incorporate quantitative analysis of energy conservation into such aspects as the building’s form,structure,window opening method and outer wall material selection and so on. However,it is difficult to satisfy them by means of traditional architectural design approaches; it must be realized by interactive collaboration of diversified subjects including construction technology,construction equipment,etc. However,most building energy efficiency technologies are developed by equipment engineers. Due to different professional backgrounds,architects have difficulty in using them in designing because of a lack of understanding of them. Strengthening the interaction of architectural design specialties and construction technology specialties in designing has become a key point in the undergraduate teaching in various large architecture and urban planning colleges around the world.

多维建筑环境学

现代建筑模拟技术已经超越了传统的热、湿、气流、污染物分别单独模拟的阶段,而是将这些物理过程密切相关的模拟进行耦合,以便更好地指导建筑设计和降低建筑运行能耗。多维建筑环境学是一门以整体建筑动态“传热传湿空气流动污染物传递”模拟为基础,研究不同尺度耦合建筑环境问题的新兴学科。
