G: All right. Fish would do me just fine. And give me a cup of tea.

W: OK. Your food will be served right away.

W: It is chicken soup. At a restaurant that serves Cantonese, we usually start with soup.

G: Oh, this soup is delicious, and what’s that?

W: There are “stir-fried rice”, “rolls”, and “dumplings”. Which do you prefer?

G: I think I try the dumplings.
