Also known as fine-grained paper cut，this kind of scissor-cut is popular in Yueqing.At first it was applied to decorating dragon boat or window mullion，and later it became the underlying graphs of women’s embroidery.This kind of scissor-cut is exquisite workmanship.The using of scissors is excellent that 22times of cut can be made on a piece of 1cm wide thin paper，with an interval of less than half a millimeter between two cuts.Nowadays the content of scissor-cut became more creative.
