主干学科:法学。
核心课程:法理学、中国法制史、宪法学、行政法与行政诉讼法、民法学、商法学、知识产权法、经济法学、刑法学、环境保护法、劳动与社会保障法、民事诉讼法、刑事诉讼法、国际法、国际私法、国际经济法等。
主要实践性教学环节:教学实习、法律咨询、社会调查、专题辩论、模拟审判、疑案辩论、毕业实习等,一般安排30周。

Education 0bjective:The training object is to train students to master the law comprehensively and be familiar with the laws in China and the policies of the Communist of China Party,and to enable them to be competent for working in all kinds of institutions,especially of the legislature,the administration,the court and the arbitration tribunal.
Graduation Requirements
The students of this major mainly study the basic theory and knowledge of the laws,the basic training of the legal thinking and the law practice.After the studying,the students can possess the basic ability to solve the problems with the law knowledge they acquire.
Graduates Should Acquire the Following Knowledge and Abilities
