近五年我国电子文件管理研究进展(1)

【摘 要】本文从电子文件管理理论、电子文件法规研究、电子文件标准化、电子文件技术、电子文件载体、电子文件元数据、电子文件中心、电子文件风险管理、电子文件管理国家战略等方面回顾了近五年来我国电子文件管理研究的主要内容，并在此基础上，总结了近五年来我国电子文件管理研究的特征，提出了未来需要加强电子文件管理的主要方面，尤其是理论研究、综合应用性研究以及研究的本土化和特色化问题。

On the Progress of the Study on the Latest Five-year Study on Electronic Records Management in China

【Abstract】This paper focuses on ten aspects of the electronicrecords management researches in the past five years which include the theories of the electronic records，the regulations of the electronic records，the standardization of the electronic records，the electronic records technology，the carrier of the electronic records，the electronic records metadata，electronic records centers，risk management of the electronic records，national strategy of the electronic records management.Based on these summaries，the authors sum up the features of the study of the electronic recordsmanagement of these years in China，and pointout the key aspects to be strengthened in the future，especially the study on theory，comprehensive applied research，and formof the localization and characteristics of the study of electronic records.
