【摘要】：南京大学鼓楼校区，作为南大的老校区，在仙林新校区不断发展使用之后，必将迎来一次重新整合再使用的机会。本项目将针对此要求进行校区的整体规划和重要建筑的专题设计之研究。掌握建筑设计基本的技能与知识，并能对历史建筑进行深入的设计研究，根据社会发展的需求，提出更新改造的可能。在此基础上，进行校园空间的整体规划。并且，选择相关重点建筑与地点，进行专项的建筑设计。

“南京大学鼓楼校区及金陵大学老校区重整规划设计”

描述

南京大学鼓楼校区，作为南大的老校区，在仙林新校区不断发展使用之后，必将迎来一次重新整合再使用的机会。同时，鼓楼老校区在多年的使用中也形成诸多的问题。为此，有必要提前对之进行充分的规划与设计研究。其中的原金陵大学老校区部分尤其具有重大的历史与文化价值，而其他校区部分都有大量的再发展要求。本项目将针对此要求进行校区的整体规划和重要建筑的专题设计之研究。

要求

掌握建筑设计基本的技能与知识（测绘、建模、调研、分析），并能对历史建筑进行深入的设计研究（建筑结构、构造，功能策划），根据社会发展的需求，提出更新改造的可能。在此基础上，进行校园空间的整体规划。并且，选择相关重点建筑与地点，进行专项的建筑设计。

I.Topic

“Regeneration and Reconstruction of the Gulou Campus in Nanjing University”

II.Description

Gulou Campus,as the old campus of Nanjing University,on the premise that Xianlin Campus is developed and enabled constantly,will inevitably face an opportunity of reintegration and rehabilitation. Meanwhile,there are a lot of problems in Gulou Campus. Therefore it is necessary to make a thorough study on planning and design in advance. Old campus of University of Nanjing,as a part of Gulou Campus,is of great historical and cultural value,while the other parts of Gulou Campus will be considerably redeveloped. This project will address aforementioned requirements to conduct overall planning of the campus and specific design topics of important buildings.

III.Requirements

Master the basic techniques and knowledge of architectural design(measuring and drawing,modeling,inventory,analysis),make a thorough study on historical buildings in designing(structure,construction,program),and propose rehabilitation project according to the needs of social development. On this basis,make an overall planning of the campus. Then,select buildings and sites to conduct architectural design projects.
