Abstract：This case reviews how Hui Ke Education construct the online education p latform，Kaikeba.The process concludes the accumu lation of sufficient offline resources，the insight of the present situation and trend，the waiting for ripe time，the exp loration of distinctive operating and profit m ode.Based on the actual business scenarios in this case，som e common problem s such as market access，p latform construction，operating mode in on line education field are raised，and references are also provided for so lving these p rob lem s.
