那么应届生在面试前该如何准备行为面试呢？建议按照以下步骤进行：
第一步：仔细阅读你所申请职位的要求；
第二步：通过各种渠道了解你申请的企业比较青睐怎样的人才，即人才标准；
第三步：针对应聘职位，列一份你个人和专业上相符的特点；
第四步：仔细思考你的哪些经历可以用来说明你的这些个人和专业优势；
第五步：用你以往的经历为你的个人优势和专业特长各组织2～3个小故事；
第六步：试着用What＋STAR＋Key Words法则来叙述这些故事；
第七步：最后，预测一些常见的行为面试问题，然后模拟面试情景回答一下，多练习，回答就会自然流畅了。

（2）你认为自己在大学里取得了哪些收获？
（3）你经历过最有挫折感和失败感的事情是什么？
（4）令你最难忘的一段经历是什么？

（1）Describe an instance where you set your sights on a high／demanding goal and saw it through completion．（请你举一个具体的例子，说明你给自己确定了一个很高的目标，然后达到这个目标。）
（2）Summarize a situation where you took the initiative to get others on an important task or issue，and played a leading role to achieve the results you wanted．（请举例说明你在一项团队活动中如何团结他人，并且起到领导者的作用，并带领团队最终获得所希望的结果。）
（3）Describe a situation where you had sought out relevant information，define key issues，and decide on which steps to take to get the desired results．（请你描述一种情形，在这种情形中你必须去寻找相关的信息，发现关键的问题，并且自己决定依照一些步骤来获得期望的结果。）

（7）Provide an example of how you assessed a situation and achieved good results by focusing on the most important priorities．（请你举一个例子，说明你是怎样评估形势，将精力集中在最重要的事情上从而获得了你所期望的结果。）
（8）Provide an example of how you acquired technical skills and converted them to practical application．（请你举一个例子，说明你是怎样获得一门技能并且将它用于实际工作中的。）
