学名：Bombycillajaponica
英名：Japanese Waxwing
形态：小型鸟类，体长16-20cm。头顶栗褐色，具长尖簇状的羽冠，极为醒目。上体葡萄灰褐色，尾具红色尖端。颏、喉黑色，胸、腹栗灰色，尾下覆羽红色。次级飞羽羽尖绯红。
虹膜褐色；嘴近黑；脚褐色。
分布：中国中东部地区有分布。在保护区属常见的冬候鸟。
习性：群栖性。繁殖期主要栖息于针叶林、混交林中，秋冬季多出现在公园内的树上。主要以植物种子、果实为食，也吃部分昆虫，在大连地区冬季主食龙柏种子。
