知识管理理论与实践的或缺

【摘要】:知识管理系统并非信息系统,那么,知识管理系统与信息系统的关系如何?知识管理正逐渐应用于各类企业,那么,是否可以构建一个具有普遍性意义的企业知识管理系统概念模型?建立理论的目的是为了指导实践,那么,是否可以将基于业务流程的整合型知识管理系统应用于某一特定企业知识管理实务的诊断,并针对其存在的问题提出相关建议。

2.6 知识管理理论与实践的或缺

经由上述分析可知,当前有关知识管理的研究主题较多,例如知识管理的战略战术、知识管理的管理标的、知识员工的管理、信息技术的配置、企业推行知识管理的目的以及成功推行知识管理的影响因素等,对下列问题的系统研究则比较少:

(1)知识管理是一个涉及企业方方面面的系统工程这一命题几乎已是公理,那么,在系统观下,知识管理系统到底是一个怎样的系统?该系统的构成要素是什么?结构如何?系统的功能何为?系统的层次如何界定?

(2)知识管理系统并非信息系统,那么,知识管理系统与信息系统的关系如何?

(3)知识嵌固于企业所有业务,那么,知识管理系统与企业业务系统的耦合方式怎样?

(4)知识管理正逐渐应用于各类企业,那么,是否可以构建一个具有普遍性意义的企业知识管理系统概念模型?

(5)由于所处的行业各有其特点,因此可能导致企业推行知识管理的目的、方式、手段、内容、环境等各不相同,那么,是否可以以某一行业为背景,将通过普遍意义检验的知识管理系统概念模型与企业的业务流程相结合,构建具有企业特征的基于业务流程的整合型知识管理系统的逻辑模型?该系统的标杆应如何设计?

(6)建立理论的目的是为了指导实践,那么,是否可以将基于业务流程的整合型知识管理系统应用于某一特定企业知识管理实务的诊断,并针对其存在的问题提出相关建议。

以后章节的研究,将试图对上述问题一一进行探讨。
