新兴产业发展的关键因素

①产业区演化的影响因素，首先受制于产业区主导产业类型，如i农业产业区形成的影响因素是制度革新下的市场分工演进（水平分工、垂直分工、产业分工），而现代都市型农业产业区的形成更受到比较优势和规模经济的影响；ii现代制造业集聚的工业园形成与发展的影响因素是弹性专业化、企业创新网络和集聚经济；iii生产性服务业主导产业区，如物流园、金融集群等形成与发展的主要影响因素是市场需求、外部经济、比较优势和产业关联；iv以人脑为资源的新经济或高科技产业区更受到柔性劳动力市场、创意人才、创新环境的影响。其次产业区发展过程始终受到分工演进（全球劳动分工和城市功能分区）及其网络（如社会资本/区域认同/创新与研发/制度等）影响。

②产业区形成与发展动力研究表明，首要动力是分工的全球化与地方化的博弈和分工深化、弹性专业化；其次是技术创新；再次是地方制度锁定和制度创新；最后是企业家精神和新经济迅速发展等。

③产业区形成与发展阶段研究都聚焦于生命周期理论应用，如产业区的企业/技术/研发与创新的生命周期；产业区的政策生命周期和产业区整体的阶段性规律（萌芽、夭折/成熟、衰退/死亡、再生/蜕变）等。

④产业区发展趋向研究表明，产业区的未来：要么自身不断的产业升级成为城市/区域/国际的创新空间，要么逐渐伤逝边界融合成为城市的有机体，要么衰退步入死亡状态。

国内外关于产业区演化研究虽已取得初步认知，但研究领域依然存在：①对产业区演化的内部分工深化、外部劳动分工转型和集中布局互动的动态过程分析不够，尤其是未能探索生产性服务业、创意产业；②对产业区演化的外部经济—社会—空间的本质揭示不足，未能探究产业区演化对其母体的作用；③无法阐明资源缺乏或富集地方的产业区演化路径与趋向，未能详细讨论产业区演化驱动主体的组织形态—技术—制度基础；当然，由于创意经济兴起于20世纪末，因而国内外学界几乎没有学者关注此研究。

现有研究集中运用社会学与管理学科的定性方法、经济学与空间经济学的定量方法，尚未形成专有的“产业区演化”研究的方法，表现在①未建立哲学方法论、②未构建理论基础与核心概念体系及解释的逻辑框架、③缺乏案例研究的具体方法探索（研究认识论假设、具体研究假设、案例分析的逻辑等）；④鲜见演化经济学与演化经济地理学方法在产业区演化分析中的应用与创新等。

现有研究虽已形成“生命周期、（产业区与其外部空间）相互作用、产业区的地域运动”三维视野，但大都局限于三维中之一，缺乏综合与整合研究；且对产业区演化研究亟待探索新视角——作为地域景观的产业区，其演化过程生产的空间是什么，它与不同尺度城市空间如何相互作用等都是城市规划理论与实证研究急需探究领域。

现有研究集中在“时间维”生命周期阶段划分及发展战略、“空间维”集聚—扩散及规划策略、“关系维”分工及相应管治策略，然而此三论域研究：①陷入“将维系产业区生命力、竞争优势和经济—技术—社会发展贡献”作为研究出发点与基点，未将产业区演化视为地域景观的空间生产过程，无法揭示产业区演化过程及其与地域空间相互作用机理，也无法深度揭示产业区演化的内因与外因、过程与结果、规划与市场等逻辑；②陷入研究方法多元化与综合化的背离，缺乏融汇多学科理论与方法的系统研究；③以当时背景为论证的基础，总结、归纳和推理产业区演化的时空过程，无法发挥科学研究应有的指导性、预见性和前瞻性；④未能将“产业升级—产业区转型—地方响应”融为一体研究，无法准确判断产业区发展阶段和破除“产业区蔓延/消亡”实践困境。⑤面对21世纪迅猛发展的创意经济，如何促进“微观经济（产业区内企业）—区域经济（产业区所在大都市）—宏观经济（产业区内跨国企业、中小企业与全球市场联系）”联动，且和产业区演化“驱动力—拓展过程—区域响应”有效耦合，是经济地理学、城市规划学探讨前沿科学问题。

因此，创意产业区演化研究亟待从研究内容、研究思路、研究方法予以全面突破。①研究内容，既要研究创意产业区形成与发展的影响因素、动力体系、生命周期、演化趋向，又要探索创意产业区的现实类型及其与大都市空间重构关联等，促进创意产业区可持续发展及其与大都市空间有机融合。②研究思路，需探索性构建自洽性的过程研究框架体系，实现“产业结构升级—产业空间组织演变—大都市响应—大都市产业升级—产业空间持续发展……”诱导的“产业升级、产业区演化、大都市空间重构”三者有机沟通。③研究方法体系，应以多元哲学相融方法论为基础，构建面向产业区演化的“企业、市场、政府等微观主体分析、产业区整体时空过程的中观分析和大都市空间重构趋势的宏观分析”方法，并使三者衔接成一体。同时研究基点应以产业区演化融合于大都市发展愿景为核心，并将其内涵于产业区演化四维框架（图2-2）。
