学名：Haliaeetus pelagicus
英名：Steller's Sea Eagle
形态：大型猛禽，体长101-105cm。黄色的嘴特大。体羽暗褐色，前额、肩、腰、尾上和尾下覆羽以及呈楔形的尾羽全为白色。飞翔时从上面看，腰、尾和两翅前缘的白色和黑色的两翅与其余上体呈鲜明对比，从下面看，白色的翼缘、白色的尾下覆羽和尾羽同黑色的下体对比亦明显。
虹膜黄色；嘴及蜡膜黄色，幼鸟褐色；脚黄色。
分布：中国辽宁、河北、台湾有记录。在保护区属罕见的旅鸟。近10年内没有监测到。
习性：主要栖息于海岸、河口地带。飞行缓慢，常在空中滑翔盘旋或长时间站在岩石岸边。主要以鱼类为食，也捕食大中型水禽和中小型哺乳动物。

BP: Eyes yellow； bill yellow， cere yellow（adult） or brown（juvenile）； tarsi yellow.
SD: Rare migrant.No record in recent 10 years.
HH: Frequents coasts and estuaries.Flight slow.Often soars or stands long at rocky coast.Feeds mainly on fish but also on large to medium-sized waterfowls and small to mediumsized mammals.
