一只小海狮在大海里游来游去，寻找着玩伴。就在10米深的浅海海底，他发现了一只很大的海参，他之前还没见到过这么胖的海参。
A young sea lion is swimming around the ocean looking for a playmate.On the bottom,just 10 meters down,he spots a large sea cucumber,one of the fattest he has seen.

Hey you,let’s play together!
“喂，说你呢，我们一起玩吧！”海狮一边大声叫唤，一边伸出爪子轻轻碰碰海参。
海参一点反应也没有，只顾享用他的每日大餐——海底残渣。
“来嘛，我知道你是海里的蚯蚓，有很多东西要吃，但歇上一会儿总可以吧，我想玩。”
‘Hey you,let’s play together!”the sea lion calls out and touches the sea cucumber softly with his paw.
The sea cucumber doesn’t react at all.He just keeps on eating his daily meal of debris from the ocean floor.
“Come on,I know that you are the earthworm of the sea,and have a lot to eat,but you can take a break.I want to play.”
没有丝毫动静，海狮有点着急了。
“你为什么不想跟我玩？是不是我游得太快，你不想输给我？”
海狮又碰了海参一下，这次海参缩起了身子，还变硬了。
“噢，你太没劲了！我不会伤害你的。只要你想玩，我会为我们俩专门发明一种新游戏，保证让你赢上一两次。”
Nothing happens at all,and the sea lion gets a bit anxious.
“Why don’t you want to play with me? Is it because I swim too fast and you don’t want to lose?”
The sea lion touches the sea cucumber again,this time he shrinks and turns hard.
“Oh you’re so boring! I won’t hurt you.If you want,I’ll invent a new game just for you and me,and I promise to let you win once or twice.”

他可是他的同类中唯一留在这里的了……

一只在沙子里钻来钻去的蝠鲼冲他喊道：
“你还是别打扰酷酷了。他可是他的同类中唯一留在这里的了。”
“所以我才想和他玩。他很孤独，而我很开心。我喜欢他的风格，而且我知道即便玩输了，他也从来不会发脾气。他就是我要找的玩伴！”
A manta ray ruffling around in the sand calls out:
“Perhaps you better leave Cucu in peace.He is the only one of his species left around here.”
“But that’s why I want to play.He is lonely and I am happy.I love his style and know that if he loses,he will never get mad.That’s the kind of playmate I want!”
“不过酷酷正忙着清洁海底呢。他的兄弟姐妹都被捞走运到中国去了。”
“中国那么远，在海洋的另一边呢。他们需要海参帮忙清洁那里的海底吗？”
‘But Cucu is busy keeping the ocean floor clean.All his brothers and sisters have been picked up and shipped to China.”
“China is so far away,on the other side of the ocean.Do they need help to clean up the ocean floor over there?”
