第二陈列室主要展出从秦都咸阳一号宫殿遗址出土的文物。秦都咸阳一号宫殿遗址位于咸阳市窑店乡北塬。1974年至1975年发掘了它的西半部。
宫殿出土的砖、瓦、瓦当等建筑材料种类繁多，质地坚硬，多系青灰色。空心砖用来铺设台阶踏步，大多是长方形。砖面有龙凤纹、云雷纹。铺地砖有素面、方格、绳纹、菱纹、锯纹、太阳纹、花纹等多种。
瓦有板瓦、筒瓦、瓦当等，是出土最多的文物。瓦当纹饰丰富多彩，以云纹和变形云纹为最多，约占总数的90%以上。
This hall mainly contains cultural artifacts unearthed from the site of the No.1 Palace at the Qin capital—Xianyang.The site lies in the northern part of Yaodian in Xianyang.The western part of the site was excavated between 1974 and 1975.
A variety of construction materials，such as bricks，roof and eave tiles，were unearthed at the ruins of the palace.They are solid.The hollow bricks were decorated with patterns of dra－gon，phoenix，clouds and thunder and used for pavement.The pavement bricks were imprinted with various patterns：veinsplain，checks，rhombus，saw－teeth，the sun and flowers，etc.
Most of the unearthed cultural artifacts are board tiles，roll tiles，and eave tiles with a variety of designs，but the eave tiles with cloud veins and deformed cloud veins make up over 90%of the total.
