跨企业的流程智能

【摘要】:随着企业电子商务的发展,企业之间的合作日益紧密,而分散的流程管理系统影响了企业之间协作的效率。跨企业的流程智能借助企业之间的BPM集成,改善流程协作的质量。跨企业的流程集成将带动物流等相关行业的技术革新,极大提高企业之间的流程协作水平。

随着企业电子商务的发展,企业之间的合作日益紧密,而分散的流程管理系统影响了企业之间协作的效率。为加速企业之间的流程集成,BPM将朝着更大范围的跨企业的流程智能的方向发展[31]

跨企业的流程智能通过挖掘供应链中各个企业运营的分布式流程日志,分析企业之间的协作模式,发现协作中的问题,优化整个供应链流程的质量。例如,Zeng等根据企业协作中资源和信息的流动特征,分析了跨企业协作的基本模式[32]。按照不同的协作模式将这些基本模式合并得到企业之间的整体流程协作模型,可避免企业流程运行相关数据隐私泄露的问题,促进流程协作中有效的资源分配和信息共享。

跨企业的流程智能借助企业之间的BPM集成,改善流程协作的质量。例如,企业之间通过建立电子数据交换(electronic data interchange,EDI)系统、共享云平台等途径,实现流程协作信息的实时共享,促进供应链的整体运营效率和绩效水平。

跨企业的流程集成将带动物流等相关行业的技术革新,极大提高企业之间的流程协作水平。例如,在物流行业,供应商、电商、物流提供商通过共享智慧物流云平台的方式,对跨企业的供应链流程管理进行整合,可以提升整个服务流程的质量和智能化水平。电商通过与供应商分享客户的商品需求信息,指导生产商面向客户进行产品设计和生产。订单、配送信息通过云平台在整个供应链相关方共享,优化物流提供商的库存管理和配送流程,从而帮助整个物流系统更加精准地预测市场的需求,降低物流管理的成本,实现跨区域的物流与供应链协作整合,最终提高整个供应链流程的运营效率,为客户提供快捷、高效的购物体验。
