专业培养目标

1.本专业培养坚持以马克思列宁主义、毛泽东思想、邓小平理论为指导,遵纪守法,为社会主义建设服务,与生产劳动相结合,德智体全面发展的社会主义事业的建设者和接班人。

2.具有创新精神,掌握工程力学、岩体力学、地质学、工程地质学、地质灾害防治等基本理论和基本知识,具备从事工程地质与地质灾害防治勘察、设计、施工和检测等方面知识的高级工程技术人才。

专业毕业要求

1.具有较扎实的自然科学基础知识,了解当代科学技术的主要方面和应用前景。

2.具有扎实的地质基本功。

3.具有独立从事工程地质与地质灾害防治勘察、设计、施工、检测和管理的基本能力。

4.具有独立从事工程地质专业科学研究与技术创新的能力。

毕业要求及实现途径

主干学科:工程地质、岩土钻掘。

专业核心课程:普通地质学、测量学、构造地质学、地貌学第四纪地质学、工程力学A1(理论力学)、工程力学A2(材料力学)、弹塑性力学基础、结构力学、土力学、岩体力学、水文地质学基础、地下水动力学、工程地质学基础、工程地质勘察、地质灾害防治等。

主要专业实验:土工实验、水文地质实验、岩石力学实验、岩土原位测试等。

主要实践性教学环节:测量教学实习、C语言程序设计课程设计、工程地质学基础课程设计、地质灾害防治课程设计、工程地质勘查课程设计、地质认识实习(北戴河)、地质教学实习(周口店)、专业教学实习(秭归)、毕业实习与毕业设计等。

修业年限:四年。

授予学位:工学学士。

1.This program adheres to Marxism-Leninism,Mao Tse-tung Thought,Deng Xiaoping Theory. The professional goal is to train socialist builders and successors with the comprehensive development of moral,intellectual and physical excellency.

2.The students will become senior engineering and technical personnel with creative mind,mastering the basic theoretical knowledge of engineering mechanics,rock mass mechanics,geology,engineering geology,geohazard prevention,etc.And they have engaged in engineering geology survey and geohazard prevention design,construction,and tests.

Graduation Requirements

1.To master the basic knowledge of nature sciences and know the development and application of modern science and technology.

2.To have a solid ability in geology engineering.

3.To be engaged independently in engineering geology survey,design,construction,test and management.

4.To be engaged independently in scientific research and technical innovation in engineering geology.

Main Courses:Physical Geology,Surveying,Mineral Petrology,Tectonic,Geomorphology and Quaternary Geology,Engineering Mechanics(Theoretical Mechanics,Materials Mechanics),The Basis of Elastic-plastic Mechanics,Structural Mechanics,Soil Mechanics,Rock Mass Mechanics,Principles of Hydrogeology,Dynamics of Groundwater,Principles of Engineering Geology,Engineering Geology Survey,Geological Hazard Control.

Lab Experiments:Geotechnical Tests,Hydrogeological Test,Rock Mechanics Tests,In-situ Tests.

Practical Work:Instructive Practice for Engineering Surveying,Course Design for C Language Programming,Course Design for Principles of Engineering Geology,Course Design for Geological Hazard Control,Course Design for Engineering Geology Survey,Primary Geological Field Training(Beidaihe),Geology Field Training(Zhoukoudian),Professional Teaching Practice(Zigui),Practice for Graduation,and Design for Graduation.
