第六节　褐色肠综合征

褐色肠综合征（brown bowel syndrome）很罕见，本病多见于各种原因引起的小肠吸收不良患者，可并发小肠假性肠梗阻。确切发病机制不明，有学者认为可能与长期小肠吸收不良致维生素E缺乏或平滑肌线粒体异常有关。也有病例检测到其他脂溶性维生素，如维生素A和维生素D、水溶性维生素如维生素C和维生素B₁缺乏。本病的确诊依赖于组织病理检查，病理表现为小肠平滑肌细胞内有大量脂褐素沉着。
