1．头颈部结构（s710） 即颅骨、面骨、颈部骨、头颈部关节、头颈部韧带和筋膜、头颈部肌肉。

2．肩部结构（s720） 即肩部骨、肩部关节、肩部韧带和筋膜、肩部肌肉。

3．上肢结构（s730）

（1）上臂结构：即上臂骨、上臂关节、上臂韧带和筋膜、上臂肌肉。

（2）前臂结构：即前臂骨、前臂关节、前臂韧带和筋膜、前臂肌肉。

（3）手的结构：即手骨、手关节、手的韧带和筋膜、手肌肉。

7．与运动有关的附属肌肉骨骼的结构（s770）
