5.5.2 国外知识管理研究结构特点
通过对国外知识管理研究结构的分析，可以看出：
(1)从总体上看，国外知识管理的研究可以分为两大维度：信息技术维度和组织管理维度。
(2)国外知识管理的研究主要是围绕显性知识和隐性知识及其相互转换、运用而展开。
(3)国外知识管理研究的理论基础为：人工智能理论、战略管理理论、组织行为理论。
(4)国外知识管理研究的主要学科领域是以计算机科学为基础的信息科学领域、以工商管理为基础的管理科学领域以及以组织行为学为基础的社会学领域。
