近五年国内外政府信息资源管理研究现状及其发展趋势⁽¹⁾

【摘　要】随着政府文件的爆炸式增长，政府信息资源管理问题引起了理论界的极大关注，并取得了丰硕的研究成果。本文在总结近五年国内外政府信息资源管理研究成果的基础上，分析了国内外该领域研究的特点，并对中外研究情况进行了横向比较，根据分析结果，建议将基础理论、决策者偏好、方法论研究、政策法规研究作为以后研究的重点和发展方向。

The Research Actuality and Tendency of Government Information Resources Management Domestic and Overseas During the Past Five Years

【Abstract】With the explosive growth of government documents，government information resources management has arousedgreat concern of scholars，and taken great achievements.By summarizing researches of government information resourcesmanagement during 5 years，this article analyses the characteristics of these researches，and compares this research field domestic and overseas，and finally recommends basic theory，decision-makers preferences，methodology，policies and regulations as the future research orientation.
