买方应通过卖方可接受的银行于装运月份前××天开立并送达卖方不可撤销的即期信用证,有效期至装运月份后15天在中国议付(The Buyer shall open through a bank acceptable to the Seller an Irrevocable Sight Letter of Credit to reach the Seller ××days before the month of shipment,valid for negotiation in China until the 15th day after the month of shipment)。
(二)远期信用证支付条款
买方应通过卖方可接受的银行于装运月份前××天开立并送达卖方不可撤销的见票后45天付款的信用证,有效期至装运月份后15天在中国议付(The Buyer shall open through a bank acceptable to the Seller an Irrevocable Letter of Credit at 45 days’sight to reach the Seller××days before the month of shipment,valid for negotiation in China until the 15 th day after the month of shipment)。
