【摘要】：The risks referred to in Sub-Clause 17.4 below are:war hostilities , invasion, act of foreign enemies,rebellion , terrorism, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or civil war, within the Country,riot, commotion or disorder within the Country by persons other than the Contractor’s Personnel and other employees of the Contractor and Subcontractors,munitions of war, explosive materials, ionising radiation or contamination by radio-activity, within the Country, except as may be attributable to the Contractor’s use of such munitions, explosives, radiation or radio-activity, andpressure waves caused by aircraft or other aerial devices traveling at sonic or supersonic speeds.

下述第17.4款谈到的风险是指：

（a）战争、敌对行动（不论宣战与否）、入侵、外敌行动；

（b）工程所在国内的叛乱、恐怖主义、革命、暴动、军事政变或篡夺政权、或内战；

（c）承包商人员、及承包商和分包商的其他雇员以外的人员在工程所在国内的骚动、喧闹、或混乱；

（d）工程所在国内的战争军火、爆炸物资、电离辐射或放射性引起的污染，但可能由承包商使用此类军火、炸药、辐射或放射性引起的除外；

（e）由音速或超音速飞行的飞机或飞机装置所产生的压力波。

The risks referred to in Sub-Clause 17.4 below are:

(a) war hostilities (whether war be declared or not), invasion, act of foreign enemies,

(b) rebellion , terrorism, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or civil war, within the Country,

(c) riot, commotion or disorder within the Country by persons other than the Contractor’s Personnel and other employees of the Contractor and Subcontractors,

(d) munitions of war, explosive materials, ionising radiation or contamination by radio-activity, within the Country, except as may be attributable to the Contractor’s use of such munitions, explosives, radiation or radio-activity, and

(e) pressure waves caused by aircraft or other aerial devices traveling at sonic or supersonic speeds.
