组织工程血管的检测技术

【摘要】:组织工程血管的检测技术与其他组织工程器官研究的检测方法相类似。对内皮细胞功能的检测方法指标很多,可用前列腺素1α放免试剂盒检测。生物力学分析可用INSTRON力学测定仪来进行。根据具体实验的目的和要求,灵活掌握、区别对待。

组织工程血管的检测技术与其他组织工程器官研究的检测方法相类似。形态学的观察多采用倒置显微镜观察活体细胞;MTT比色法描记细胞的生长曲线;用HE染色,MASSON、天狼猩红染色等对组织切片进行观察;用流式细胞仪测定细胞的生长周期、DNA指数等;在材料上细胞生长的评价多采用扫描电镜,透射电镜等手段进行观察;动物实验中对管腔通畅的活体检测多借助于多普勒超声的帮助。对内皮细胞功能的检测方法指标很多,可用前列腺素1α放免试剂盒检测。生物力学分析可用INSTRON力学测定仪来进行。根据具体实验的目的和要求,灵活掌握、区别对待。不再一一赘述。
