上海迪士尼项目的建设和运营管理广泛运用高科技成果，政府日常监管也在最大程度利用信息化、智能化手段实现信息共享互通并提升监管效能。目前，度假区运营管理信息和综合指挥平台，涵盖地下管线、地上建筑的地理信息管理平台，涵盖绿化、水务、环保、市容领域的环保景观信息系统等基本建成，并汇聚市区公安、应急、交通、旅游、市场监管等相关部门涉及度假区的安全管理和应急管理信息，运营主体的相关运营信息，不仅为各运营管理单位关于度假区客流预警、日常和应急管理、治安、交通、综合执法、网格化管理提供技术支撑和决策辅助，而且通过与政府行政管理信息化相关系统的对接，持续提高政府管理效能。
High-tech results have been extensively applied in the development and operation of Shanghai Disney Resort. Governmental day-to-day supervision has also been leveraging IT and smart methods to the full extent so as to realize the information sharing and connectedness and also to improve the efficiency of supervision. Currently, the Resorts Zone operation management system, integrated command platform, GIS which covers underground cables and structures above the ground, the environmental protection and landscape system have been basically set up. Other information pertaining to safety management and emergency management of Resorts Zone originating from such municipal and Pudong public security, emergency management, transportation, tourism, market supervision departments and operation information from operation entities has also been incorporated to provide technology support and decision-making reference for operation entities in terms of attendance precaution, daily and emergency management, public order, transportation, integrated law enforcement, grid management, and through the connection with governmental administration system, the governmental administration efficiency has been elevated.
